Company Hires Firm To Build a Customer Database
A friend that works in a fairly large company said that they recently decided to make a customer database. But, they didn’t know how to go about it so they hired someone from Infopath Consulting to design their database. My friend said that they set it up so that every time a customer purchases off their website, their information is automatically sent to the database so that they can easily keep track of their past purchases so they can decide what types of newsletters to send to their customers. It also keeps a back up of their site in case something happened to their website. Sounds like a neat program.
