Treadmill Trainer workouts

I love the treadmill trainer workouts.  I’ve been using Vol. 2 and finished my first ever 5K race a few days ago, and I’ve already registered for my next one with the goal of improving my time.  When I started running 5 months ago, I couldn’t get through a mile without taking a break to walk.  I did a training run today and managed a 7.5 minute mile!  There have been times during the workouts when I started to feel really tired, but at one point your voice came on and said, “Remember, I’m with you through the whole thing” and it was enough to keep me going.  I really do feel like I have someone pulling for me, and it’s just the encouragement I need.Thanks, Yuri.  It’s because of FitterU and Treadmill Trainer that I feel healthy, strong and proud of myself.  I’m hoping to run a half marathon in the spring, which is something I’d NEVER considered before in my life, not even in my 20s.  You’ve helped me to discover strength within myself that I never knew was there.
