Putting My Best Foot Forward
I called my wife to let her know that I was hopefully going to have an in person interview tomorrow. I told her that the hiring manager from the fulfillment center had already called to set something up. She told me that I should take the first available appointment that they have. We can always work around any time slot that they have available. She also asked me to go get a haircut tonight. She said that I wanted to make sure that I put my very best foot forward. I did not want to give them any reason to not hire me.
