The way my sister is going to have her duplex managed
The other night my sister called me regarding the duplex that she lives in. She had bought the duplex four years ago. She lives on one side and rents out the other side. This has worked out pretty good for her until six months ago when she had problems with some tenants. She told me she would rather hire one of the Chicago Property Management Companies that are always advertising. She said she doesn’t like the fact that tenants know that she owns the building because they take advantage of her. She would rather have her tenants deal with a third-party.
