Shipment Anxiety
Half the fun in ordering something you really want or need is the anticipation in it actually arriving. It only takes one thing to kill all that joy, a bad pick pack and ship service. Even though its last and final step of the whole process, shipping is the most important step. Any other step it is possible and sometimes excusable for something to wrong. When it comes to shipping, however, if something goes wrong, it usually translates to the client not receiving their order. That is never a good thing. Naturally you want the entire process to run smoothly, but if anything must go wrong, let it not be your shipping.
