Getting All the Welders In My Husbands Shop Trained
My husband has been a welder ever since we first met. He is part owner at the only welding shop in our town. Last month the state sent out notices to all welding shops that the welders had to go through mechanical training. He thought it was a great ideal to give the workers continuous training but just didn’t feel that he should have to pay for it. I said to him look on the bright side at least the shop will be up to code, and the state won’t be on your back. He said you have a point there.
