Business Owner
He did not want to do it. He didn’t want to have a separate company to come in an do all the industrial training for him. This was his business and he wanted to train the new employees himself. But his advisers had recommended that he allow some changes if he wanted to increase the revenue for his business. As the business owner, he had other responsibilities first. So he was reconciling himself to this fact. But he was beginning to wonder why he began his own business in the first place. He couldn’t even be on the floor doing what he loved, he had to be in the office and in the suit.
