Simple and Satisfying Toasted Sandwiches
My thoughts are usually about food. Cooking is like alchemy. After an idle morning of reading reviews of toaster ovens, my latest food fixation is the grilled cheese sandwich. There are so many different types of bread and an equal variety of cheeses you can use in this dish. I’d make it a point to use a stretchy cheese like mozzarella though, because it’s more fun that way. The result is a warm and filling meal, prefect for a rainy day or a solo night in front of the television. I can easily make four of those lovely creations in one go in my toaster oven.
