Roof Headache

Owning a home is great, but having to deal with an expensive home roof repair can be a real headache. The most obvious sign you need a repair is a water drip coming from the ceiling. Rain can be blown by the wind to get under shingles and damage the tar paper underneath. You should inspect your roof periodically, and if you see shingles that are curled or cracked they should be repaired as soon as possible. Take care of the small repairs when they happen and this will save you lots of money on more expensive water damage repairs. Some people have their roof cleaned and treated every few years to forestall big repair bills.
