Nobody cares about it nowadays
This is really something that people care very little about today -roasting. The fact is, not many people are brewing their own coffee, not to mention roasting it themselves. So, it should come as no surprise that most coffee drinkers are not aware of the types of roasted coffee bean they are drinking from. The thought on their mind would be: does it matters? The truth is, it doesn’t really matter, great coffee would be delivered to you no matter how uneducated you are about coffee production or coffee knowledge. But I guess knowing more, can help you appreciate coffee better, don’t you think so?
