The North Texas Cremation Society Seems Very Impersonal
My grandmother had requested in her will that she be cremated at her death. Though this was hard for our family to accept, we followed her wishes completely. When we went to make her memorial service arrangements, we were given the contact number of the North Texas Cremation Society. When I contacted them about the service we needed, I could not believe how cold and heartless the man I spoke with was. He never offered his condolences, just asked about the weight and size of “the body” and began quoting me prices. It was a very sad situation and one I hope never to have to go through again.
