Oatmeal
Oat meal should have its place in anyones meal plan. It is proven to lower cholesteral and also high blood pressure. It is an awesome way to get your good carbs everyday too. You should try to avoid the sugary instant kinds of oat meal and settle for 5 minute oates that you can dress up with some healthy things. If you are eating healthier these day then you need to look into eating more oatmeal. I really enjoy eating oatmeal for breaksfast myself. I like it with butter and some sweet and low. Sweet and low really is not all that healthy though.
