Lets face it, no one likes sleeping next to someone who snores so loud the neighbors begin to complain. My wife complained, and I made sure that I began to search on what kind of product to stop snoring would be best for me. After I found out that it can be harmful, I went to the doctor first who said that I didn’t have OSA. I ended up getting a throat spray, which kept the snoring vibrations down and made it easier for my wife to sleep, and made it so I didn’t get nudged in the night and told to roll onto my side.
