All Dumbells

Im going to get started today with my work out and using more dumbell movements then I would use normaly. I want to try some new approaches to my training that I think will trigger muscle growth. By training with theses dumbells I think that the muscle will be stimulated in a very different way then by using just a barbell. I will also begin to use body weight exercise more in my program. I will be doing pull ups and also push ups.  Im think dumbbell workouts will help me along in hte way I need them to help.
