As the comptroller of a small university, I have to manage the school’s resources carefully. When we decided to build new buildings for classrooms and dorms we took out a Commercial Property Loan. The low fixed rates and quick closing made it possible to start the building projects in a timely manner. We not only used the loan to build new buildings, but to make improvements to existing facilities. For example, the science building needed new equipment and IT needed computer upgrades. The university can now offer the best technology and facilities to our students. The new buildings are now complete and helping to generate more income for the university.
