Is Custom Home Office Furniture Very Expensive?

I am not really all that thrilled with the selection of home office furniture that I am seeing, so I am thinking that it would be nice to buy some custom home office furniture. Can anyone tell me how expensive this usually is? I am hoping that I will be able to get what I need within my budget. I don’t need a lot of furniture, but I do need it to be well made and I need a lot of storage for my papers and office supplies. I want the furniture to look nice though since we frequently have company.
