How to Setup A Laser Checks Reorder Reminder

If you find you need a reminder to reorder your laser checks, Quicken has the answer. Follow these easy steps and when you print a check that matches or exceeds the reminder check number, a pop-up window will appear reminding you it’s time to reorder.

Step One: From the TOOLS MENU, choose SET UP ALERTS.

Step Two: Select CASH FLOW.

Step Three: Select CHECK REORDER NOTICE.

Step Four: Choose the account or accounts for which you want to set up a reminder.

Step Five: Set the check reorder number

Step Six: Choose TEXT IN ALERT LIST or URGENT so Quicken knows how you would like to receive your alert.

Step Seven: Click APPLY.

Step Eight:  Click DONE.

TIP: Give yourself some leeway here and set the reorder number 50 or so checks before you run out.
