Consonants and Russian Translation
There are a few voiced-voiceless pairs of consonants in the Russian language. They can be present in a word that makes up a sentence. Sometimes more than one such consonant might be included in a word or a group of words that have the same accent. Such a word is known as a phonological word.
When this happens durring Russian Translation, there can be confusion as to which consonant should be taken into account. The rule states that the last consonant occurring in the word group will decide the voicing for the entire range of words. For instance, if the final consonant is voiceless all will become voiceless and vice-versa. Russian translation firms thus employ such translators who are well-versed with such grammar rules.
