The Seizure Diet Can Change Lives

27 March 2009

Unless you’ve lived with epilepsy, either as an individual or as a family member, it’s tough to put a gauge on how it affects your life. That’s how life has been for us ever since our youngest boy was diagnosed nearly 4 years ago. Thankfully, his condition is on the milder side, but we have not been without our struggles. It wasn’t until we took the advice of a friend and began treating his epilepsy with diet and medication that the results really began to brighten. In a nutshell, the seizure diet has been working for us and the results have been nothing short of miraculous. We’ve since told everyone we know about how it has changed our lives for the better. Our goal is to continue to tell more and more people through our blogging and other Internet marketing efforts.

Pancakes on a field trip

26 March 2009

It was the day of a class fieldtrip.  We were headed out to a local museum to study indigenous artifacts and other prehistoric tools.  Before school, I had a few friends over for some breakfast.  We made my favorite pancake recipe.  We ate a ton, and the fun outing set the stage for a great day at the museums.  My friends loved the pancake recipes s o much that they had me email it to them later on that night.  My friends and school mates now refer to me as “Pancakes.” It’s funny how far a good pancake recipes can take you.

Understanding Upper Back Pain

26 March 2009

It is very true that many people, and this includes doctors, misunderstand upper back pain and neck pain.  It is often dismissed as imaginary or exaggerated pain, and patients who have had their pain dismissed like this often feel the necessity to “prove” the pain to others.  Some doctors also try to convince patients that as they cannot find a physical source for the upper back pain, the pain cant be that bad.  If you should be so unlucky to be dismissed like this you should seek a second opinion from someone who will take your upper back pain seriously.  This problem can arise as there are no medical tests that are available to measure upper back pain levels, so doctors cant test the pain as they would for a broken arm, (with an x-ray), or an infection (with a blood test).

2 Tips to Blast 11 Lbs Forever

26 March 2009

1. Break down your overall goal into smaller more manageable ones, emphasizing what you’re adding  to your diet rather than what you’re giving up!  Tackle a few easy items on your list first, like doing 5 push ups every morning or switching to leaner cuts of meat.  Once you’ve mastered those changes, try more challenging ones, like packing your lunch instead of hitting the deli or taking a kick-boxing class after work.

2. Use an online diet generator like Strip That Fat Diet System – it is cheaper than the traditional weight loss plans, and it is a great learning tool on nutrition

The type of website my uncle wants to have set up

26 March 2009

My uncle Terrence has been buying and selling military medals for many years. In the past he has done this through some of the auction sites that can be found on the Internet. Last week he talked with me about starting his own website. He wanted to do business on the Internet;however he wanted to limit his sales to North America. I told him he needed to look into some Regional Internet Marketing. I told him lots of people have their websites set up this way. He told me that this is how he would like a website set up. He said he would be willing to pay someone to do it for him.

Weight Loss Exercises: Setting up a Home Gym

26 March 2009

Do you want to lose weight? You will need a system of weight loss exercises. Start off with a  simple exercise program that will help you to lose weight quickly and will also motivate you. Perhaps you’ve been looking at expensive home gyms and wondering whether they’re worthwhile. You may well want to buy a gym once you’ve lost some weight but when you’re just starting your fitness program, start with one piece of equipment and make full use of that before you buy anything else. One of the least expensive and most useful pieces of equipment you could buy is a stability ball; it’s also known as a fitness ball.

Travel Lists

26 March 2009

Lists.  Some people love them and some people hate them.  Say what you will, lists do have an important place in travel planning.  Not only can they help you remember everything and make sure it’s all packed, they can even point out what you’re forgetting to even think of.  There are many travel lists out on the interest, some specializing in family travel, or photography trips or the solo adventure with just one carry on bag.  Whichever list is right for you, just like Santa Claus, make your list and check it twice.  Go through each day of the trip and think about what you’ll need that might be special.  Snorkeling gear? Check. Flip flops for the beach?  Check. Stylish dress for a fun night out on the town?  Check.  It’s easy to reduce the stress of travel planning with a simple, comprehensive and easily referenced list.

Insulin for Foot Problems

25 March 2009

Diabetics have interesting footcare needs.  Their feet are tender and usually numb due to lack of circulation.  The person can injure their feet and not even know it beacuse the feeling is gone.  Special shoes can be worn to help solve that that problem.  They are designed to give a great deal of protection and cushion.  Some Diabetic Shoes even have silver impregnated into the material that the shoe is made out of.  Silver has the anti bacterial properties needed to help keep the diabetic feet sterile and free from bacteria that might infect a wound or sore that occured.

The Need To Multi Task Right Now

25 March 2009

It is kind of difficult to do three different things at the same time. As of now, I am currently watching the NCAA basketball tounament, reading a course called maverick moneymakers so that I can make some extra income, and at the same time right this short blog post. But eventhough it is kind of hard to multi task, I really need to do all three right now because I am in some need for a nice big payday on the nternet. And I honestly believe that maverick money makers can help me do that. But I needed to stay committed to the info in the course if I expect to see any positive results.
