This past Christmas I wanted to give my mom a very special gift that she would appreciate. I asked my father about some of the things that he thought my mom would like for Christmas. 1. Make it fun – choose an exercise you like and do it when it is most convenient – this way you’ll stick to it. If exercise hurts too much, you most likely won’t do it again.
